These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and u9apk (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://u9apk.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

u9apk operates as an English-language platform primarily serving users in Malaysia. All platform content, promotional materials, support communications, and these Terms are published in English. References to currency herein are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. u9apk strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all gambling activities on the Platform. Persons under 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any part of the Platform;
2. You are a natural person acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of a third party;
3. You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, prohibited, or requires a licence not held by u9apk;
4. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or active cooling-off period on the Platform or any affiliated platform;
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of u9apk or any of its affiliates, agents, or third-party service providers, where such participation would create a conflict of interest;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not using the Platform to conduct activities on behalf of any third party;
7. Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional or commercial gambling activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account only. The maintenance of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid and active email address to which you have exclusive access;
• A valid Malaysian mobile phone number;
• Your date of birth (for age verification purposes);
• A secure password of your choosing, kept confidential at all times.

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted using your Account and password is deemed to be authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.

By using the Platform, you agree that your use of all games, betting markets, live dealer tables, sports betting features, and associated services shall comply with this Agreement at all times. You further agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes;
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with, or gain advantage on the Platform;
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
• You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes, and that u9apk does not manipulate results;
• You accept that all decisions made by u9apk's support and compliance teams regarding disputes, account actions, or bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to the appeal process set out herein;
• You will not share, sell, or transfer your Account or any associated Bonus Funds to any third party.

u9apk provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we endeavour to maintain continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions.

u9apk supports a range of Malaysian deposit and withdrawal methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). All MYR transactions are processed by verified Malaysian financial partners.

Minimum Deposits:

• Standard deposit methods (e-wallets, FPX, bank transfer): minimum RM50 per transaction;
• Cryptocurrency deposits: minimum equivalent of MYR 30 at time of blockchain confirmation.

Withdrawal Processing Times (indicative, not guaranteed):

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes post-approval;
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5–15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire transfer: 15–60 minutes;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to network confirmation times.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. u9apk reserves the right to request additional documentation where withdrawal amounts exceed standard thresholds, or where suspicious activity is suspected. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified will be held until satisfactory documentation is provided.

u9apk offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, or per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms;
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied;
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Uncompleted Bonus Funds will be removed from the account upon expiry;
• u9apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted a promotion will not be disadvantaged in relation to bona fide play completed prior to such modification;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or structured wagering designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements — will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

u9apk offers pre-match and in-play sports betting across more than 30 sports markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UFC, NBA, tennis, badminton, and others. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are accepted subject to u9apk's right to limit, refuse, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from manifest error;
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and may be subject to a brief delay. u9apk is not liable for bets placed during a delay period that changes the state of play;
• Where an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, u9apk's settlement rules as published in the Platform's sports betting rules section at the time of the bet shall apply;
• Voided bets will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance at the original stake amount;
• u9apk reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and settle affected bets at the correct odds, or to void such bets where correction is not practicable;
• Any attempt to use arbitrage strategies, syndicated betting activity, or irregular staking patterns to exploit platform pricing may result in bet voidance and account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform on behalf of or in association with any person who would otherwise be a Prohibited Person;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, or exploitation of system errors;
• Using automated systems, bots, or AI-assisted tools to interact with games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other players in live poker or any multiplayer format;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of a confirmed error are not payable and will be voided;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward platform staff or other users.

u9apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal by the Player's payment provider;
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy;
• Where continued operation of the Account would constitute a legal or compliance risk to u9apk.

Upon account closure in circumstances not involving fraud or misconduct, any verified Real Money Balance in excess of applicable minimum thresholds will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus Funds are not payable upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 1–3 business days.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the u9apk brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of u9apk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of u9apk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u9apk shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any gambling losses incurred during the course of play;
• Loss of data, revenue, or profit;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Gambling involves financial risk. u9apk is a platform for entertainment purposes only and does not guarantee that any Player will achieve a positive financial outcome from gaming activity. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

u9apk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. We provide the following responsible gambling tools as standard account features:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable from your account settings;
• Session Time Reminders: Alerts after a user-defined in-session duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, effective immediately upon request;

u9apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The version date displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated") reflects the date on which the most recent amendment was published.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact u9apk's support team in the first instance to seek resolution through our internal dispute process.

u9apk will acknowledge all formal disputes submitted in writing within 5 business days and will endeavour to provide a substantive resolution within 14 business days of receipt. All dispute correspondence should be directed to our support team via the live chat channel available on the Platform.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause shall be construed to limit u9apk's right to seek injunctive relief in connection with fraud, intellectual property infringement, or other urgent matters.
